This is an absolute must do for anyone in the region!!! Our server - J - was a delightful treat for the day and took excellent care of us. As well as Miguel , who made sure we got on and off the train at each stop.
Also make sure you go visit the store in the shop. They have so much to offer!!! Such good stuff!!!! My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to experience something unique. The train overall was a really good experience, with very nice views of Napa. Our section was served by Jose. He was such a wonderful and professional. He really made us feel like we were VIP and made us feel very special. He even brought us a special treat because it was our anniversary.
We inquired about dietary restrictions and he was so helpful. Also, he constantly checked on our experience and he was an overall great asset to have. Super friendly and super hospitable. Look, the food was good, the staff were lovely, and it was a pleasant experience, but the value for money just wasn't there for me.
I guess it depends what you're after though - some people seemed to really love it. Given it's called the Wine Train, it would have been nice to have some tastings included from local partner providers that you went past while on the train. Maybe some fun facts about wine and the local vineyards?

Mark our driver picked us up on time and was very informative on the Napa area.
Chad our pilot was humorous, knowledgeable and was a joy to be around. We highly recommend this company to anyone interested in going on a hot air balloon ride in Napa. Without a doubt flying in a balloon is a perfect way to see the Napa Valley and the surroundings.

Thanks to Shani who came to our hotel and drove us to Model Bakery for coffee and pastries before our flight. She was very friendly and helpful explaining what would happen each step of the way. Jake, a third generation pilot, piloted our balloon and narrated as we were in the air.
He is well suited for his job with great knowledge and skills and a super personality. We had a perfect morning, filled with sunshine, to fly and the views of the Napa Valley were beautiful from our basket. I highly recommend this company and this unique way to see Napa.
We took a flight Sunday morning and the day before, they called us to confirm our reservation which was great. We met up at Oxbow market and was provided pastries and coffee from The Model Bakery. Tina was our driver and she gave us such awesome tips on how to explore Napa.
Jake was our pilot in the balloon and it was a once in a lifetime experience to be able to be up so high while it's peaceful and quiet. He was great and gave us some good restaurant places to try around town on the way back. Unfortunately the clouds weren't in our favor so we went to another site 45 min away but the time flew by and we were able to get back to Napa with plenty of time for our first winery of the day.

Out party tried out 5 entrees and loved all of them! Save room for dessert. We recommend it!
